WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
This depends on several factors, including your location, the timeframe, the needs for sound and and lights and whether you want solo, duo or a full band. A 25% non-refundable e-transfer is required to confirm the booking, then the balance of payment is required upon arrival to your event.
WHAT ARE YOUR CREDENTIALS?
JJ BLUE has performed thousands of shows all over the world. He holds an undergrad degree in music and a master's degree in education, and he is a music teacher with the Simcoe County District School Board.
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS HAVE YOU PERFORMED AT?
Parties, dances, corporate events, retreats, breweries, restaurants, resorts, birthday parties, memorial services, cocktail hours, fundraisers, New Years parties, St. Patrick's Day events, and more. JJ Blue can accommodate your musical needs for any type of event!
WHAT ABOUT WEDDINGS?
Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and JJ BLUE has extensive experience performing at them. From that special song you want performed at the service, to a relaxed, chill-vibe cocktail hour to an uptempo party with lots of dance songs, he does it all. Contact him to discuss details.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL SONG I WANT PERFORMED?
CAN YOU PLAY OVERTIME?
Yes, this is quite common! Options for this possibility can be discussed in advance of your event and then determined "on-the-fly" if your party is rockin' and people want more.
DO YOU ONLY PLAY SOLO?
No! JJ BLUE offers duo and full band options, depending on your needs. Contact him to discuss options.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes. JJ BLUE is based in Barrie, Ontario but he has performed all over the world. He is always up for another adventure, so let’s talk. Additional fees for transportation, visas, accommodation and hospitality can all be discussed during the negotiations.
HOW LONG DO YOU PLAY?
JJ BLUE has performed marathon 5-hour non-stop parties as well as shorter sets, depending on what you would like for your event. This can be discussed at the planning stage of your event.
WHAT ARE YOUR SPACE AND POWER REQUIREMENTS?
JJ BLUE is flexible and always happy to accommodate in terms of space because each venue is unique. For solo shows, a minimum 8x8 hard surface and standard power outlet is all that's needed. For outdoor events, the same plus some kind of overhead covering. For duo or band events, more floor space will be required.
